Pay Your Dues

Sunshine offers a variety of ways for owners to pay their dues.

To pay your dues online, simply log in below.

  • If you have not yet registered for the portal, click “Initial Login.”
  • Enter the following:
    • Street Number of the property address you are registering.
    • Account Number. (If you do not have your account number, check recent correspondence from us — such as your coupon book or payment statement.) 

Once logged in, you will see a green “Pay Now” button. Click it to set up either a one-time payment or recurring payments.
Please note: A small convenience fee applies to online payments

Pay by Check or Through Your Bank’s Bill-Pay Service 

  1. Make checks payable to your association (not to Sunshine). 
  2. Include your account number on the check. (You can find your account number on the “Account Information” page in the portal.)
  3. Mail checks to the payment address below:
    “Association’s Name”
