Property Changes & The Architectural Review Committee

What is the Architectural Review Committee (ARC/ACC)?

The ARC (sometimes called the ACC) is a committee appointed by your Board to review requests for changes or improvements to homes in the community. Their role is to make sure exterior changes comply with the Association’s governing documents and design standards, helping to preserve property values and community aesthetics. If your community does not have enough volunteers, you may find that the Board of Directors is serving as the committee. (Each community is always in need of volunteers!)
