How long does the ARC/ACC have to respond?

The review timeline is set in your association’s governing documents and is generally 30–45 days. In most cases, decisions are made much sooner.

Florida law requires the committee to hold a meeting in order to approve applications. Because ARC/ACC members are volunteers with their own jobs and commitments, it may take some time to coordinate. Some committees meet on set dates, so your request may be considered at the next scheduled meeting.
