How do I submit an ARC/ACC request?

  1. Log in to your homeowner portal and click on “My ARC Plans”
  2. Complete the ARC/ACC Request Form and upload all required documents (application plans, colors, materials, contractor info, photos).
  3. Submit the request for review.

The committee cannot approve incomplete requests, so providing all details up front will help avoid delays.
