How are violations handled when I rent my property?

All violation notices are sent to the owner of record. Owners remain responsible even if tenants caused the issue. If your lease requires the tenant to handle repairs, it’s your responsibility to forward notices to them. Sunshine cannot communicate with tenants about violations.
