Can I set up a payment plan?

Whether payment plans are permitted depends on your association’s Collection Policy.

If you’re experiencing financial hardship, please submit a request through the Resident Request feature in your portal. There’s no need to feel embarrassed — it’s always better to let us know about a problem than to ignore notices.

Reaching out early can help you avoid additional collection costs, which can quickly become a greater burden once an account is turned over for collections.
