Can I see the Association’s financial records?

Yes. Florida law requires associations to make official records — such as financial statements, budgets, meeting minutes, and contracts — available to members upon written request.

Some associations also have a policy that outlines how to submit and process record requests. Before making a formal request, we encourage you to check the homeowner portal, as many commonly requested documents are already posted there for your convenience.
